These terms apply to purchases via shop.studiotaupe.com. General studio terms may also apply; see Terms & Conditions on the main site.
1. Prices & VAT
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT (BTW) where applicable, unless otherwise stated on the product page. For business customers: VAT number NL002385279B20. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 70096112.
2. Orders & payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe (cards, iDEAL, and other methods enabled in checkout). An order is confirmed when payment succeeds. You will receive confirmation by email. Studio Taupe may contact you to confirm edition numbers, framing, delivery windows, or digital delivery.
3. Shipping & delivery (NL / EU)
Netherlands & Belgium: typical dispatch within 3–5 business days after confirmation unless otherwise noted (e.g. made-to-order or limited editions). EU: allow roughly 5–10 business days depending on destination and carrier. Exact timelines and any special shipping costs are confirmed by email after purchase.

4. Right of withdrawal & returns
For consumers within the EU, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period may apply to distance purchases, with exceptions for custom-made, personalised, or perishable goods, and certain sealed digital content after delivery — as applicable under Dutch/EU law.
Prints & objects: return request within 14 days of receipt, unless an exception applies; items must be unused and in original packaging where possible. Digital products (presets): by default digital delivery is final once download/access is supplied, unless mandatory consumer rights say otherwise.

5. Limited editions & stock
Edition sizes and availability are stated on the product page. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable after payment, we will offer a refund or replacement.
6. Digital products
Presets and other digital goods are licensed for use according to the product description. Redistribution or resale is not allowed unless agreed in writing.
